Princeple :

When C1 to charge 2 / 3VCC when Q2 is turned on, the yellow light, C2 into the reverse charging, Q3 is turned off, the green light is off, when C2 charge to 2 3VCC when / Q3 is turned on, the green light, C3 anti-charge, Q1 is turned off, the red lights out, so the cycle continues, forming colorful flashing lights.
